OnlySats Terms of Service

Welcome to OnlySats. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using OnlySats, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.
1.1 Platform Description: OnlySats is a content subscription service where creators can share and monetize content using Bitcoin as the primary payment method.
1.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and comply with local laws to use our platform.
2.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
3.1 Creator Content: Creators are responsible for the content they upload. Content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 7).
3.2 License to Use: By uploading content, you grant OnlySats a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display your content on our platform.
3.3 Ownership: Creators retain ownership of their content. OnlySats does not claim ownership of any user-generated content.
4.1 Earnings: Creators receive 90% of their earnings, with OnlySats retaining a 10% commission.
4.2 Payment Method: All transactions are conducted in Bitcoin. Creators must provide a valid Bitcoin wallet address for payouts.
4.3 Refund Policy: Transactions are final. Refunds are issued only in cases of verified fraud or platform error.
4.4 Taxes: Creators are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with their earnings.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for illegal activities.
Post content that violates intellectual property rights, is defamatory, or constitutes hate speech.
Engage in fraud, scams, or phishing.
Circumvent our payment system.
6.1 Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Third-Party Access: We do not sell user data to third parties. However, we may share data with service providers for operational purposes.
7.1 Content Guidelines: Content must comply with all applicable laws and must not include:
Illegal or explicit material involving minors.
Non-consensual content.
Content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination.
7.2 Enforcement: OnlySats reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
OnlySats is not liable for:
Loss of earnings due to platform outages.
Unauthorized access to your account.
Disputes between creators and fans.
You agree to indemnify OnlySats and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
10.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
10.2 Arbitration: Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, with both parties sharing arbitration costs equally.
OnlySats reserves the right to update these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
